Compensation and custody

Xenith is fee-only. Its only compensation is an asset-based advisory fee set in each client’s agreement and billed quarterly in arrears through the client’s custodian. Xenith receives no commissions, is not a broker-dealer, sells no products of its own, and charges no performance fees. Custodian, trading and fund costs are separate; Form ADV Part 2A, Item 5 sets them out.

Client assets are held by an independent qualified custodian, Altruist or Interactive Brokers, and statements come directly from the custodian. Xenith’s research tools, including its AI systems, have no access to client accounts; they cannot trade or move money. The adviser makes every decision and answers for it. Xenith is a fiduciary to every client.
